Working with a catalogue of industry leading clients, our Food & Agribusiness Graduate will have an unparalleled opportunity to become high impact business advisors and develop and exceptional career in the food and agribusiness sector.

 

Our Food & Agribusiness Graduate will be based in Dublin one day per week with a WFH and access to our regional office network for the remainder of the week.

 

The Role:

 

This role will be working closely with the Head of Food & Agribusiness and the wider team in a challenging varied role. Our team provides a range of business consultancy and advice to food and agribusiness throughout Ireland.

 

The Candidate:

 

Our ideal candidate will hold an Undergraduate or Master's Degree in a business, food, or agribusiness related discipline. You will also have:

 

      A passion for helping business owners solve problems and maximise opportunities.

       Excellent communication and time management skills.

       Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge.

       A proactive and energetic approach with the capacity to work to deadlines.

       An interest in high impact marketing and communication transformation projects.

       Commercial awareness and a commitment to exceptional client service.

       A willingness to learn and grow professionally.

       The ability to adapt to new technologies and projects on a continuous basis.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

      Building and managing great relationships with current and future ifac clients.

      Working with our clients on a range of consultancy projects including:

o  Business transformation.

o  Strategic planning.

o  Funding applications to a range of State and European bodies.

o  Marketing and communications.

      Participating in business development across the sector.

      Collaborating with ifac team members in corporate finance, accountancy, tax, audit, and financial planning.

      Attending industry events.

      Contributing to thought leadership projects including the annual ifac Food & Agribusiness Report (Food & Agribusiness Report 2023 | Accounting & Financial Advisors | Ifac).
