Graduate IT Analyst

This role is a hybrid role working 1-2 days a week out of our offices in Newcastle upon Tyne, within our internal IT Team. Being a member of this team will afford great opportunity for the successful candidate to gain excellent exposure and experience in many areas of technology.

A position is open for an individual to manage the large number of requests we receive to provide hardware to starters; retrieve leavers hardware & replace kit through normal attrition. Imaging laptops using the latest networking technologies will be central to this role. The role requires an individual with a keen interest in IT and an ability to learn new technologies. Although the individual will be highly tasked by the work above; where time permits you will be involved in general IT support-based queries also. As an internally facing department tasked with the support of more than 2200 people there is plenty of room for the right individual to learn and develop.
