Our RegTech Business Analyst graduate scheme is an 18-month full-time programme designed to equip candidates with the skills they need to successfully develop the next generation of RegTech solutions.

We are looking for ambitious graduates (or recent graduates) with strong finance skills who are excited about working on projects which are transforming the regulatory reporting landscape. You don't need to have prior work experience.

This role is based in London and you will be expected to be in the office most days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

About the programme

The programme consists of 3 team rotations over 18 months:

  • Customer Success
  • Implementations
  • Product Management or Pre-sales

Customer Success
  • As part of the Customer Support Team, you will be an integral part of the client post-sale experience and be the first line of contact with our clients, solving their information queries and providing workarounds when necessary.
  • Redirect suspected bugs and provide our product teams with comprehensive information to facilitate a rapid resolution.
  • Maintain the knowledge base of common problems, Q&A and recommendations.
Implementations
  • The Implementation team is at the core of delivering our product to our clients and is key to achieving the continuous growth of our business.
  • You will perform a range of tasks including interacting with clients, solving data mapping issues, understanding financial products and reading regulations.
Product Management
  • The product team supports the delivery of new features & reports. They ensure internal initiatives are aligned with the product strategy & vision while gathering customer feedback to foster alignment of Suade product with our customers needs. You will:
  • Support the design of Suade's upcoming features and project manage their delivery
  • Assist in planning and prioritisation of the different initiatives 
  • Help build processes to support continuous product improvement and workload management
Pre-sales
  • Our pre-sales plays crucial role in the sales process by providing support and assistance to prospective clients to enable them to make an informed decision to purchase Suade.
  • During your rotation you'll be using the skills and knowledge you've already developed to provide prospective clients with answers to all their questions about the product. Often this will take the form of requests for proposals but may also include demonstrations and presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong finance or accounting knowledge. You must understand what products a bank carries on its balance sheet and how these products work (customer deposits, mortgages, issuances, repos, reverse repos, central bank reserves, government bonds, covered bonds, RMBS etc).
  • Excel skills are essential. You know how to navigate Excel and manipulate data with ease (formulas and pivot tables).
  • Excellent English verbal/listening and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. You’ll need to be able to clearly communicate your ideas in both written and spoken form.
  • Detail oriented and willing to dig into the nitty-gritty of an issue.
  • You're the sort of person who's not afraid of a challenge and can keep pushing forward to drive an issue to completion.
