About us -
Are you looking to join a graduate programme with one of the Big Four accounting firms?

We will empower you to learn, grow, thrive and do work that matters.

If you join our values-led firm, we will empower you to build the career you want - and support you to be your best and make your mark.

Join us to benefit from structured development and funded professional qualifications whilst you work alongside some of the brightest minds on emerging practices and technologies.
The role -
We audit some of the world’s biggest companies, who rely on us to provide independent insight, challenge and high-quality audit expertise.

The role of technology in audit is increasingly important as the world’s most influential organisations continue to embrace technology at pace.

As businesses of all sizes and scales are seizing the opportunities brought about by AI, robotics, advanced analytics and Blockchain, our Technology Audit team plays a critical role in identifying and mitigating the potential risks and threats posed by advancing technology.

You’ll critically assess the processes and controls that an organisation has in place to secure their IT systems - but you don’t need to be a technical guru. Our current graduates have degrees in a variety of subjects. If you’re curious, agile, pay attention to detail and have the appetite to learn about technology and the role of technology in audit, you will thrive with us.

We’ll equip you with the skills you need to assess risks across IT processes - you will complete the Certificate in Accounting Finance and Business (CFAB) in your first year with us.

The work is challenging yet rewarding, and you’ll have the support of your senior leaders, engagement teams and broader Audit community at your side to help you be at your best.

Requirements

Those who are curious, resilient and agile will thrive when working alongside some of the brightest minds in Audit.

Our people are persistent, resilient, and inquisitive – questioning assumptions and providing deep insights to deliver quality results.

Everyone in Audit brings a unique perspective, and we want to ensure that you have the best opportunity to demonstrate your potential.

We want to discover your individual strengths and attributes to help us to know whether you’ll enjoy working here and how you’ll thrive.

That’s why we operate an open access policy and an application process that will assess both your qualifications and your qualities.

Generally, you’ll be expected to demonstrate the following grades (*or equivalents), to show that you’re able to successfully study for professional qualifications.

  1. GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B*
  2. GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B*
  3. 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.

If you are a few grades or points short, we would still encourage you to apply, as your application will be reviewed together with your performance in our assessments.
