The school as looking for a gifted Maths graduate who can demonstrate a desire to teach. The school wants to recruit a Maths Graduate who can motivate their pupils with a passionate attitude.
This Maths graduate role involves supporting teaching and learning in the Maths department. In addition to general responsibilities, you will be expected to attend small intervention groups as well as lead 1:1 session for struggling or high achieving pupils.
You will be developing teaching experience in class and through the training offered to you by a mentor Senior Teacher. The leadership team have a habit of taking on their support staff in a more permanent capacity through the School Direct teacher training plan.
