Maths Graduates needed in West Yorkshire
Are you coming towards the end of your degree/studies and looking for support with a route in to secondary teaching?
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a nationally recognised teaching school, in preparation for September 2019 and in collaboration with our Future Teachers programme. We have a number of Graduate Teaching Assistant positions throughout our partner schools in Halifax and Wakefield, over in the West Yorkshire area. We are looking for ambitious Maths Graduates who are keen to pursue a career in teaching, this is a 12 month position as a Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant in which you will be fully supported as you prepare for teacher training and the schools direct teaching programme from September 2020.
- Graduate Teaching Assistant , full time 12 month position from September 2019

This is a programme designed by the school working in partnership with Teaching Personnel, so for 12 months and the next academic year you will work as a Teaching Assistant within the selected school. Responsibilities will include; supporting class teachers in Maths lessons, leading small groups within the Maths dept., monitoring progress and attainment and reporting to class teachers. This is a graduate programme, you will be fully supported for 12 months and readied to then begin your teacher training from September 2020 within your chosen subject (Maths). This is a successful method by the school to recruit graduates and develop them to become outstanding teachers, we welcome applications from all Maths Graduates keen to forge a career in teaching.
