About the Teaching Assistant Role
As a Teaching Assistant your role will involve you working throughout the school, gaining a wealth of experience as you support various classrooms, you will support pupils who need extra accessing the curriculum, for example students with SEN, EAL or other vulnerable groups of pupils. You will be able to tailor you timetable based on your strengths and background, utilising your knowledge in one of the core subjects to inspire and motivate KS3 and GCSE pupils.
