£28,000k - £30,000k


Design and Build Coordinator (Graduate) required to manage all preconstruction elements on a New Build Schools, values from £10 - £30million, travel between the Derby office and sites across London will be required.

The Company:

This is an established, well know company with an excellent and long standing reputation, as a company specializing in all aspects of the construction sectors including New Build, Education, Industrial, Retail, Commercial Office Developments with projects from £15-£30million.

They are now currently looking to recruit a Graduate Design & Build Coordinator, who is looking to progress and develop their skills, with the support of a Design Manager.

Initial Project as Design & Build Coordinator:

We are looking for a Design & Build Coordinator to manage various D&B projects for a variety of Schools across the London area, you will ideally have previous pre-construction experience.

The Design & Build Coordinator:

The successful Design and Build Coordinator will act as focal point for all design related issues on projects from pre-construction through to delivery of the onsite project, working closely with the client and architect deliver this project on time, with the support of a Design Manager.


  • The successful design and build coordinator needs to be a highly self-motivated individual, keen to learn and progress.
  • Have excellent IT skills and be an effective communicator.
  • The right individual will have a main contractor background.
  • You would be degree qualified e.g. architecture, engineering etc.
  • Minimum of 18 months experience within a similar role.
  • You would need to travel and stop away when required.
