I am exclusively recruiting graduates and trainees for a notable Technology business based in central Manchester. They are a market leader in their field, selling software globally to thousands of clients and to technical hubs throughout the world. I'm looking fortop-calibre graduates and trainees to come on board with them and build a lucrative career.

In just 9 years, the business has gone from 1 - 30 employees and now, due to further growth in their market, are looking for their next graduate or trainee level Business Development Executive to climb the career ladder within their sales team and become a success with them.

The Opportunity!

This client only hire at trainee/graduate level so your future looks very bright with the business!

You’ll come in at trainee level and immediately become part of your own tailored training process, where you'll work on a 121 basis with your own Senior Salesperson. The aim is to get you to Account Manager within your first year - very rapid progression! You willearn a minimum of £30k in your first year - great for a graduate or trainee!

You will be encouraged to undertake varied responsibilities from day one and you'll also be encouraged to take time away from your desk for an opportunity to leave the cold calling behind!

You will, in a short amount of time, go from entry-level graduate to becoming an expert in your field as you'll learn to take a real consultative approach to selling.
