You will be a recent graduate with a real passion for working within criminal justice, and looking to launch your career at a supportive charity with lots of career opportunities.

You will be based out of Bletchley, and providing support mostly in Milton Keynes and Oxford, and on occasion support in Reading, High Wycombe and Slough.  You will be working as a Case Worker, helping ex-offenders on a one to one basis through sign posting to other support organsiations (i.e. housing, drug & alcohol support etc) and working with them to move towards employment (so helping them apply for jobs, prepare a CV etc).  This is a floating role, so you will be providing extra support and cover to existing Case Workers and their caseloads when needed or when they are off work / on leave.

This charity want someone who is resiliant, and flexible (as well as a driver).  Working hours are 8.30 – 5.00, Monday to Friday, and you wil mostly work out of probation trusts.  Benefits are fanastic, including 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
