Our client, a Fantastic Teacher Training Secondary School are looking for a Strong English Graduate with a 2:1 or above to provide support in groups, 1:1 in classrooms within their high achieving English Department

The Role - English Graduate Teaching Assistant

This fantastic secondary school based in Tower Hamlets requires a strong English graduate Teaching Assistant to join their school. The right candidate has the potential to complete the schools direct teacher training in September 2020. The English Department within the School is one of their highest achieving departments, hence why they are now looking to take on strong Graduate to expand their department.

As a English Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be required to support the classroom teacher with all relevant classroom duties. You will be providing students with one to one support and also work small group intervention in the build up to the examination period. You must have a very positive and confident approach and also have a strong subject knowledge. You will have the personality to inspire the students as well as encouraging them to achieve their highest potential.
