Graduate Tech Sales Executive – 3 Graduate Spaces

Location: London – Potential for international travel after 6 months!

Salary: £23,500-£25,000 (1st Year 32-35K OTE)

The successful candidates would be working for one of the fastest growing tech sales companies with the UK. They are currently expanding their offices on an international scale in order to meet demand for their services. This company was recently voted as ‘the best working environment’ within the sales industry for the 2nd time in its short history. The founders believe in entrusting their employee’s with as much responsibility as possible whilst still ensuring a professional and effective business model. The Role

You would start the role as a ‘Graduate Business Development Executive’, working on generating new business for the company through calling prospective clients. These clients will be generated through market research, networking and other recognised industry methods. You will then quickly progress to an ‘account manager’ which is more focused on maintain client relationships rather than creating them. The final stage of progression is to a fully-fledged sales executive, where the candidate would be expected to manage and oversee the entire cycle! All of the skills needed to achieve fast progression through the ranks of the business will be taught to you through the companies award winning training programme, allowing you to reach your full potential as a sales-person.

Your Profile

  • A recent Graduate from University (2015 – 2019) with a classification of 2:2 or higher.
  • Strong Work Ethic – There isn’t a more important trait out there! You will be working more than a 9-5!
  • Money Motivated – Sales is a meritocracy based industry, the harder you work the more money you make!
  • Resilience – Not for people who struggle dealing with rejection – good sales people will be able to work through the adversity
  • Competitive nature – Whether it comes from sport, academics or a sibling rivalry – wanting to win is hugely important within sales
