Graduate Building Surveyor

Location - Westminster

Salary - Competitive + Benefits

My client has over 20 years' experience working in Central London working across both the residential and commercial sectors, and with expansion taking place across the company they are ready to take on an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor to work alongside their senior team. The individual will be someone with relevant surveying experience since graduating or before that and will have prior knowledge of party wall matters and AutoCAD as well as general professional building surveys. Our client is eager to support someone through their APC pathway and will also provide them with sufficient training to further develop their all-round surveying knowledge.

The Role of Graduate Building Surveyor

Main Duties include:

  • Conducting Contract Administration
  • Managing JCT Contracts
  • Refurbishment works
  • Undertaking Party Wall Matters
  • Completing CAD & AutoCAD drawings

Experience Required

  • RICS Accredited Degree
  • Candidates must have proficient knowledge of CAD
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ambitions of becoming Chartered
  • At least 1 years' experience in surveying
