An exciting graduate opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Graduate to join a specialist engineering organisation as they expand and develop. You will join an innovative company who work with the most advanced technical organisations around the world. My client is looking for a Graduate who is ambitious, wants to learn, grow and develop a long-term career.

Job Description:

  • As a Commercial Graduate you will have an opportunity to gain exposure to various areas of the business through a rounded training programme
  • Covering operations, technical products/materials, customers, sales and suppliers
  • As the Commercial Graduate you will learn about the market and industries and become an expert on what my client does
  • Attend client/supplier visits
  • As the Commercial Graduate you will learn a unique approach to customer service, take ownership of new opportunities, visit new prospect customer and support on sales pitch
  • Have the opportunity to build complex bid proposals
  • As you grow and develop in a Commercial Graduate role you will be involved in highly complex projects, then start to manage the process of bringing advanced engineering to projects

Candidate Requirements:

  • Be enthusiastic to learn and develop
  • Commercial graduate - within business, purchasing, business management or similar
  • A Level's in maths and science with a minimum of a C
  • Have a thirst for knowledge and progression
  • Strong mathematics
  • Personable with strong communication skills
  • Understand and be able to use Microsoft Office products
  • Have or be on target to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent
  • Possess a minimum of 'B' in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
