PSR are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable client within the South Yorkshire area. They are looking for a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join their growing team on a salary basis.

As Graduate Project Manager, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects of varying value and complexity. This will provide the opportunity to fulfil your potential and career goals while being part of an established company.

The successful applicant will at first take on paperwork and documentation responsibilities as part of the initial training process to gain an understanding and knowledge of project management and what this entails. They will then work into the practical side and will receive mentorship, training and guidance from their line manager, with opportunity to advance their career to Project Management level.

Duties

  • Gain knowledge and understanding of Project Manager role
  • Paperwork and Admin
  • Establish and monitor key stages of the construction programme working alongside Project Manager
  • Attend meetings with Site Team, Clients and Sub Contractors
  • Maintain progress reports

Experience

  • Ideally a construction related qualification to either HNC level or above
  • Excellent people skills
  • Construction experience
