An exciting opportunity is available for a Graduate Landscape Architect to join a multidisciplinary, award winning, top AJ100 architectural and design practice. Initially you will be working closely with a Senior Landscape Architect who will assist you in getting to a level where you can run your own projects. You will be predominantly working on education, residential and mixed-use projects but on occasion you will also be involved in commercial, public realm, urban design and strategic masterplanning. This variety of work will provide you with valuable experience across these multiple sectors.
The ideal candidate will hold a Landscape Architecture Degree and will be looking to work towards Chartership which will be encouraged and supported by the practice. You will be working from concept to completion although a significant proportion of their work is from Stage 3 onwards, therefore a good technical knowledge is advantageous for both hard and soft landscaping. You will need to be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite as well as CAD. The practice uses ArchiCad but training is provided for this if required.
The practice has a very strong "one team" ethos and they provide a friendly and sociable culture. They very much support career development providing support and training and a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday plus public holidays, private healthcare, pension, critical illness cover and life assurance.
