Graduate Customer Service Advisor - £9.00 per hour
Are you looking to work within a vibrant, fast paced environment located in Chatham? We are looking for Graduate Customer Service Advisors who are available immediately and have EXCELLENT Customer Service experience.
This is an exciting role for a confident, bubbly, customer service professional to join a successful company. This role requires a bright candidate to join a company with existing Clients to assist with inbound calls, no sales activity is required.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your key skills should include:
- Updating the CRM system with customer contact details
- Respond daily to a wide range of customer queries via telephone and email channels
- Informing customers of any price changes as appropriate
- Managing all incoming calls from customers and addressing queries appropriately
- Undertaking any other tasks as requested by the Customer Service Manager
