You’ll work on complex, fun and innovative web development projects for some of the most exciting brands in the UK. You’ll work with a team of like-minded graduates who are building a very special company, full of energy, passion and self-belief. You’ll also be mentored by the founder of the business, so get ready learn!
Involved in the full project lifecycle, you’ll work across the full stack on some projects but on others, you may use a CMS systems like WordPress. As each project is so different, you’ll be given you an opportunity to gain exposure to new web development tools and methodologies.
Our ideal candidate will live and breath web development. We’re looking for some evidence of your work, via a git hub repo or portfolio, live websites etc. If you’ve done any freelance work that would also be awesome!
Proven web development/design experience
Desirable - Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
Desirable - Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
Any experience of any languages or frameworks would also be useful, particularly PHP but this is not essential! Exposure or experience of Wordpress, Shopify, Wix etc would also be useful.

The position is office-based, although some remote working will be available. Salary levels are up to £24,000 plus benefits. All selection, screening, and shortlisting will be handled by EMBS.
