Role: Technical Admin Coordinator

Hours: Full time

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

Salary: £21,500 circa

We are working on behalf of our client who is seeking an Administrator to support with administration and technical support to the sales and commercial events team. The successful individual will be tech savvy with strong commercial acumen and be instrumental in ensuring behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Act as a key contact for all technical support queries for customers and internal colleagues
  • Maintain accurate data records in the CRM system to ensure data matches across all digital platforms to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Analyse data trends to allow the commercial team to review trends and capitalise on sales opportunities  
  • Manage and oversee the venue ticketing system
  • Communicating with customers and internal colleagues to ensure smooth running of events from start to finish
  • Review processes and make recommendations to improve processes to enhance the customer experience and increase sales and venue revenue
  • Responsible for weekly event administration preparation and matching records for customers to ensure they have everything prior to the event in line with their sales order
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing the venue ticketing system seamlessly
  • Provide administration support to the sales and commercial team daily
  • Work to strict GDPR and compliance guidelines and procedures
  • Work flexible hours across evenings / weekends in line with the demands of the role

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven background in Administration with a particular focus on sales administration, events administration, or data analysis
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills
  • Technical IT skills in handling data and managing CRM systems
  • Results driven, passionate and ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Graduate or equivalent would be considered with the right attitude and key skills
