As a vital and valued team member, you will be directly contributing by guiding and supporting customers via phone, email and chat. You will also be involved in advanced troubleshooting and will develop a good understanding of a wide range of technologies across Android, iOS and web.

What you will be doing:
You will be working with colleagues to support both new and existing customers via phone, chat and email.
You will also be working closely with the engineering team providing detailed information from API’s logs, app databases, crash reports and customer feedback to resolve bugs.
To do this effectively, you will need to learn a large number of different technologies, the business logic and design of our own software plus be able to understand what a non-technical customer is trying to explain and translate it to the technical team.
+ Software support experience is not essential but ideal
+ Enjoying talking and helping customers / phone skills
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Extreme ownership of tasks / completing what you start
+ Must be process-oriented
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ Good observation and detailed investigating/diagnosis skills
