My client's Planning team is comprised of 300 talented specialists, who make up several offices across the UK and is the largest planning department in any mainstream real estate practice. The talented team have a reputation for success and professionalism!
My client works with all types of property, but has specialisms in urban mixed use, housing, retail, major sports venues, energy, master planning, urban design, environmental Impact Assessment, community engagement, heritage, and section 106 agreements/Community Infrastructure Levy.
The current Bristol based team is seeking to recruit a talented and ambitious Graduate Planner! There will be a variety of exciting projects to work on, helping develop your skills and knowledge. Your input will be an essential part of the teams working process! The successful candidate will assist the team in the following:
- Preparation of planning applications.
- Prepare planning appraisals.
- Undertake research analysis.
- Contribute to the preparation/editing of Design and Access Statements, Sustainability Statements, and other documents.
We are seeking applications from candidates with the following criteria:
- RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related field of study.
- Previous experience either public or private sector advantageous.
- Knowledge of the UK Planning system.
- Ability to work from own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
