Job Description:
  • Work within the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to help to deliver and implement the CI strategy
  • Facilitating improvement activities 
  • The Continuous Improvement Graduate will understand and generate measures CI metrics and KPIs
  • Work with CI team leaders to prepare for and co-ordinate CI activities
  • Engaging team members in the identification of improvement opportunities
  • Data management of the Quality Management System
  • Generate factory data used to drive continuous improvement 
  • Training towards becoming a Continuous Improvement Technician
Candidate Requirements:
  • Graduate in Business Management, Supply Chain or similar is essential
  • Familiar with MS Excel advanced level
  • Data analysis 
  • Good communication skills
  • Seeks to continually improve 
  • Systematic approach
Hours: Monday – Friday full-time
Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 per annum DOE (reviewed every 6 months)
