Graduate/Junior Support Analyst

I am currently searching for 2 passionate individuals who want to progress within the world of technology to fulfil the role of Graduate Support Analyst!

You will work within the Application Support Team helping to support customers. You will work primarily in the 1st line support role working to triage and analyze tickets and then either resolve them or escalate them onto 2nd line team members.

Key functions of the role:

  • Triage newly raised tickets to ensure as much detail as possible is on the ticket.
  • Work to analyse and resolve new tickets using both your technical ability and product training which has been provided.
  • Escalate and work with our 2nd line support analysts to resolve tickets which you cannot resolve on your own.
  • Raise any product defects to the internal development team and work with the developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure the defect is correctly raised and they understand and correctly fix the problem.

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Preferably hold IT related degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot problems.
  • Experience providing good customer service.
  • Desirable attributes
  • Eager to learn with a passion for IT and technical skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment with rapidly developing opportunities
  • Able to work both independently and global support environment
