Graduate Partnerships Co-ordinator

Salary: £24k-30k, dependent on experience.

Location: UK / Remote (at the moment we are only able to accept candidates based in the UK.)

The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to get stuck in at a fast-paced, tech-focus, impact-driven scale-up. In Fund Manager Partnerships, you will be immersed in scale-up life, while building and maintaining relationships with fund managers in order to deliver for our clients.

In Fund Manager Partnerships at Tumelo, you will:

  • Create and develop relationships with fund management teams to achieve universal data coverage for our Shareholder Platform, Institutional Platform and further products we create in time.

  • Persuade fund managers to send us their fund data by pitching Tumelo and the benefits of our products to them.

  • Ensure the data we receive from fund managers is compatible with our systems and if not, negotiate with them to receive the correct data.

  • Create resources/solutions that will aid the above, such as pitch decks and data templates.

  • Attend conferences and networking events in London (or UK) as well as online webinars in order to create new partnerships and represent the company.

  • Organise in-person visits to fund management teams to further build on our relationships, address issues and research for upcoming projects.

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Data Operations teams to ensure we meet the data expectations and deadlines of our clients.

  • Identify and pass on fund manager leads to our Fund Manager Sales team

  • Be a key member of the Fund Manager Partnerships team, supporting others, putting forward ideas and not being afraid to ask for help when needed.



Desirable experience:

If you have any of the following we'd be especially interested to hear from you. If your experience looks a little different from what we've identified below and you think you can rock the role, we'd still love to learn more about you.

  • Experience in relationship building and management of multiple external stakeholders.

  • Experience in/understanding of financial services sector, including fund management, FinTech, pensions, retail investment platforms etc. is a huge bonus.

  • You have a demonstrable passion for social, environmental and/or governance issues.

  • You are a strong communicator who can represent the business externally, hosting calls, pitching Tumelo confidently and writing great emails.

  • You are a people person, with powers of persuasion and a natural flare in engaging an audience.

  • Proven ability to be both organised and able to multi-task

  • Proven proficiency in excel

  • Experience using a CRM system, such as Hubspot.

  • Experience solving problems and completing projects in a team as well as across different departments.

Salary and benefits package:

  • £24k-30k Salary, dependent on experience. If you fall outside of this bracket and think you can make an important contribution to Tumelo's growth please do still apply - we are open to all types of applicant and will assess each person individually.

    We commit to being available to each other on slack/email between 10am and 3pm Monday - Friday (save for lunch), but outside of these hours you can work whenever you feel most productive.

  • We're remote-first but we have an office in Bristol that you can also use as much as you'd like should you wish to have a space to work outside of your home.

As we continue to grow, we intend to increase our employee benefits package so expect more in future!
