Graduate Project and Reporting Coordinator - 18-Month FTC - Salary £22,000 to £25,000 DoE - Leeds City Centre - Free Onsite Parking - Hybrid

Are you a Graduate with excellent data and projetc led skills, looking to develop your career within a highly reputable Leeds City Centre firm?

We are recruiting for a superb opportunity as a Graduate Project and Reporting Coordinator to support on exciting projects from creative product redesigns to implementing legislative change. In this role, you will be a fundamental part of bringing products to life, responsible for reporting on and organising product data as well as providing key administrative support to Project Managers. This is a superb entry level role into Project Management or Analyst with opportunities for development and progression within a well-known national retailer.

This is an 18-Month FTC which is highly likely to go permanent and progress within the business long-term.

As a Graduate Project and Reporting Coordinator your role will involve:

  • One day you might be reporting on critical ingredients, whilst on another you could be implementing legislative changes on product data or supporting on a huge brand redesign project.
  • Working within a collaborative team to provide product reports and administrative support.
  • Supporting the Systems team to ensure continual improvement of data structures and reporting standards.
  • Running product reports for stakeholders across the business.
  • Working alongside Project Managers to ensure projects are recorded onto systems, and new projects or timeline changes are communicated effectively.

The successful Graduate Project and Reporting Coordinator will have:

  • Either a Data led degree, e.g. Data Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or postgraduate data/reporting led experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential, e.g. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros
  • Knowledge of Power BI is desirable but not essential
  • Superb eye for detail and ability to implement data accurately
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for learning and development.
