Specialising in Architectural, Interior Design, Events & Exhibition, Marketing, Graphic Design and Visualisation recruitment, mustard operate within a niche sector meaning that all of our consultants are dedicated specialists to their given field.

We are recruiting for our 2022 graduate intake and want to take 3-4 grads on this summer.

You will be well suited to this position if you are self-motivated and determined to push towards KPI’s and hit personal and professional goals. We are also looking for a tenacious team player who can adapt and change to the different climates of the market.


You will be conducting research within one of our creative sectors, identifying and engaging with potential clients to develop relationships and create accounts with a variety of creative design practices. You will also be headhunting and networking in order to interview potential candidates to identify the most suitable talent to introduce to your clients in order to solve their recruitment needs.

You will also be responsible for:

· Managing the recruitment process
· Winning new business
· Qualifying suitable candidates
· Pitching potential job offers
· Writing & advertising job opportunities
· Arranging Interviews
· Developing yours (and mustard’s) network
· Negotiating terms of agreements and offers

GCSE in both Maths and English - essential
A-Level - preferred but not essential
Graduate level education
Previous sales experience - preferred but not essential

Must have excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.

Ideal background will include some form of either face to face or telephone-based sales. Previous experience working towards and exceeding KPI’s and/or financial targets would be great but we realise you might not have this yet.
