Calling all graduates with a desire to get into medical sales!!

Have you always had an interest in getting into the medical industry, but not keen on spending most of your youth in med school? Does being in theatre alongside surgeons excite you? Do you enjoy being in a target driven and communicative role?

Our client is a market leading medical devices organization who are looking to onboard a stand-out graduate into their ever-growing sales team. They work with medical organizations all across the UK and are a well known and respected brand. You will receive fantastic shadowing opportunities alongside training and career development opportunities.

So what will you actually do?

You will work alongside surgeons and theatre nurses, advising on best practice and demonstrating the best products for their needs. You will speak to professionals of all levels and will need to ability to adapt you communication style accordingly. In your first year you will not have any revenue targets, you will be targeted on training and development KPIs so that you have the proper opportunity to learn and onboard the training provided. This will be the first step towards a highly successful and lucrative medical device career.
