The Company:
 
Our client is a leading Main Contractor specialising in various sectors including, high-end residential new build/refurbishment, social housing refurbishments, commercial, education, as well as others.
 
The company have shown remarkable growth in the last 5 years, with a current turnover of approx. £22m and projections of £50m in turnover by 2025. Due to continued success and growth, our client is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who they will nurture to become a leader in their field. 
 

The Opportunity: 
 
Our client is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who will be based head office in Enfield. 
 
They will be exposed to different divisions of the business, working on schemes up to the value of £15m. 
 
Due to the company's rapid growth, there will not be a shortage of opportunities for personal growth and career advancement.  
 
Please note that my client is looking for someone who has graduated, but has minimal experience, and thus they will likely only want to meet with candidates with a maximum of 1 year' experience. 
 

Requirements:

• Degree in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying (Essential).
• No previous experience required.
• Good time management skills.
• Good Communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
