Offering a highly successful APC program along with a broad range of work, this multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor who is part-way through their APC to join their busy team in Spitalfields. Projects range from £100k-£35m and sectors include; healthcare, education, residential, high-end residential, charitable trusts and more. Person Specification:

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or relevant subject
• Minimum 2 years’ post graduate experience
• APC – Currently registered and working towards APC
• Ideally experienced across a range of sectors

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will work across a broad range of projects and professional instructions is a range of industry sectors. Work is typically split 60/40 for projects/professional instructions. You will have exposure to a range of projects as well as all work required to complete your APC competencies.

Salary & Package:

• £40,000 – £50,000 dependant on experience
