Our client, a multi-disciplined practice is seeking a Building Surveyor. This is due to the clients expanding workload we require an ambitious individual to be part of a busy office to work on a variety of interesting projects.

As a Building Surveyor, your role will be to work alongside Senior Building Surveyors in designing and managing projects and professional work. The main duties will include condition surveys, report writing, preparing funding bids, preparing budget estimates, producing specifications for tender issue, planning, and building regulations applications, contract administration and project management from initial inception through the design and procurement process and project delivery on site. At our clients practice you will receive full APC support.

Building Surveyor Position Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying

• 12 months + experience

• Confidence in client-facing role
