A fantastic, rapidly expanding business based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a number of Graduate Level Business Development Assistants to help drive growth and expand their UK market on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role working as part of a close knit Business Development team in a role which offers great progression and a sociable environment to match. The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated (or similar) and have prior commercial experience with a passion for sales and enjoy working to KPI’s and in an autonomous environment. This is a growing business where you will really be a part of something exciting and play a key part to the business.

Working towards achievable KPI’s you will contact warm and cold prospects, whether that be via calling them, sending mailers, sending emails to arrange face to face meetings. You will be a key contributor during these meetings, normally with C-Suite level individuals within the technology sector. You will constantly be updating CRM systems alongside conducting client research and keeping up to date with the Mergers and Acquisitions alongside Technology sector to see the recent trends and changes. You will have intelligent, market leading conversations and really be a true relationship builder!

The ideal candidate will have first class communication skills, have excellent written abilities and be able to write exciting content to engage with clients. You will have a great telephone manner and not be a afraid to make calls to new clients. You will ideally be degree educated (or similar) and have a calm, measured and professional approach to work. You must be an intelligent thinker and have a genuine interest in this sector.
