Job Title: Graduate GP Surveyors

Location: Bristol, Devon & Cornwall (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £29,000 + benefits

The Role

We are seeking Graduate General Practice Surveyors for a property consultancy in their offices in Bristol, Devon and Cornwall. As the successful Graduate GP Surveyor, you’ll be working across various property types and services across the region. You’ll need to have a relevant degree and 1 – 3 years experience ideally. If you would like to do your APC, this firm can help as they have a dedicated in-house team that can support you through the process. This position offers hybrid working with 2/3 days per week in the office.

This company is a Property Consultancy that was established more than 30 years ago now have a number of offices across the South West and employee more than 65 people. They offer a wide range of services such as valuations, building surveying, land acquisition and disposal, project management, lease advisory, sales & lettings and much more!

The role will require

• Work closely with the GP surveying team
• Offer advise on sales and lettings
• Lease renewals
• Rent reviews
• Assist with valuations
• Ratings

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Property degree
• 1 – 3 years experience ideally
• Driving Licence
