This Graduate Engineering Geologist selected will be assisting with site walkovers, carrying out ground investigations and desk studies, taking soil samples, bore-hole logging, preparing phase plans, writing factual reports, working on in situ testing and observing day-to-day tasks to develop geo-environmental knowledge.

The successful Graduate Engineering Geologist must:

• Have a minimum of a BSc in geology, engineering geology, geography, geotechnical engineering, environmental science or a relevant subject (MSc preferable).
• Been keen to learn and develop geo-environmental and geotechnical skills.
• Be willing to work outdoors on hands on projects.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Commutable to York and surrounding area.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.
