A very establish multi-disciplinary consultancy, based in Central London, is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor due to an increasing and sustainable workload.  Their portfolio spans an interesting range of mostly commercial and residential projects.

You will be working closely alongside their Director level senior leadership team, providing you direct access to some very knowledgeable and experienced surveyors.  This will provide fantastic exposure to aid your learning and development at the early stages of your career, as you work towards your APC and beyond.  In fact, your career development with be actively encouraged and they boast an 87.5% APC first time pass rate over the last 15 years.  The opportunity exists to run your own smaller projects whilst assisting on larger and more complex projects.  The role will also include drawing work that could follow on from measured surveys and AutoCAD experience would be advantageous.  Candidates will require a Batchelors or Masters Degree in Building Surveying with a focus to gaining MRICS.  Experience in a similar role would be helpful but is not essential.
