A highly respected and employee-owned multidisciplinary consultancy is currently on the lookout for an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to become part of their vibrant London team.

The Graduate Building Surveyor's role

As the new Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be integrated into a dedicated team of 6 Surveyors, contributing to the broader team of over 30 professionals in the London office. Your role will involve delivering a comprehensive range of services to an impressive and diverse client base spanning the residential, office, retail, education, and leisure sectors.

The position offers the Graduate Building Surveyor a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from professional services such as party wall matters and surveys to project-focused tasks like contract administration and design work.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?

  • RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
  • Strong writtenability and verbal communication
  • A 'can do' attitude, keen to learn and a self starter
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for the building surveying profession
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
