Graduate Building Surveyor

We are currently seeking several highly motivated graduate building surveyors to join our growing Clerkenwell office in Central London. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years post degree experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for building surveying graduates to fast-track their career in the building surveying industry and gain exposure to a wide range of experience and training. The role will include the following.

Graduate Building Surveyor Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on a full range of building surveying instructions on a variety of commercial and residential properties, throughout the UK
• Undertake and assist with inspections and prepare reports for commercial and residential clients
• Support other building surveyors and senior staff in the contract administration and management of building construction projects, undertaking condition surveys, preparation of specifications for repair/redecoration works, defect diagnosis and providing advice on dilapidations and Party Wall matters
• Maintaining strong relationships with our clients, contractors and other stakeholders.

Graduate Building Surveyor Requirements:

• A degree in building surveying
• A minimum of 1-2 years post degree experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence.
