Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, based in Ascot are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working on a range of commercial projects. Duties will include an array of professional and project-based works, while completing the APC diary and working towards becoming MRICS qualified. Projects are generally based within 1-2 hours of the Ascot office and are of varying size and value.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will hold a relevant degree in Building Surveying or similar and will be based within reasonable commuting distance of Ascot.

Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £25k - £35k DOE
• Pension scheme
• 25 days Holiday increasing yearly to a maximum of 30 days

Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or similar
• Wanting to achieve MRICS status and complete the APC diary
• Numerically accurate and ability to produce clear concise reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
• Develop familiarity and experience in the main core services.
• Effective and efficient preparation of contract documents.
• Referral of potential problem areas to Senior Staff
• Client interface on a project basis in conjunction with senior grades.
• Full UK driving licence
