Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in Building Surveying? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our clients team and assist in providing comprehensive and effective Building Surveying services. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior staff, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to the success of a professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Building Surveying Team across various business issues
• Undertake full Building Surveying duties under supervision
• Assist in establishing client briefs, managing fees, cost control, and project supervision
• Contribute to the efficient delivery of services to clients
• Stay informed about current legal developments in construction and associated law
• Maintain training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for RICS APC accreditation

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a RICS accredited course
• Working towards MRICS qualification
• Possess strong numerical skills and ability to produce clear, concise reports
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
