Graduate Building Surveyor

Are you looking to launch a career as a specialised Building Surveyor or keen to continue your journey within this specified industry?

This opportunity allows for an enthusiastic building surveyor either wanting to be provided initial industry exposure or continue in the early stages of your career to be part of an established, inter-disciplinary consultant specialist.

The Role -

- Offering support to the wider building surveying team on ranging issues and project details

- Developing understanding of latest legal developments in construction and associated law areas

- Provide detailed service delivery to ranging clients

- Assistance in varying project aspects including client brief, cost control, client brief, through to completion

Requirements -

- BSc or further education qualification in RICS accredited courses

- Developing familiarity and experience in main core building surveying services

- Working towards MRICS or desired to do so

- Preparation of contract documents

Package -

- To £35k per annum

- 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays

- Company car or car allowance
