An esteemed, multidisciplinary consultancy, renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence in the construction and property sectors, is on the lookout for an up and coming Graduate Building Surveyor.




The Graduate Building Surveyor's role

The chosen Graduate Building Surveyor will be welcomed into a cohesive team of eight seasoned surveyors. This position presents a unique chance to engage with a diverse portfolio, catering to a wide range of clients across commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.

As the new Graduate Building Surveyor you'll receive full and tailored APC support and mentorship.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have?

  • A degree in Building Surveying or RICS accredited.
  • A strong desire to progress and achieve MRICS status.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for the building surveying profession.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
