Graduate Cover Supervisor - Telford

As a Cover Supervisor you will help us continue to support some fantastic secondary schools across Telford.

To be a Cover Supervisor with Aspire People you will need:

* UK degree or Relevant experience working with young people (Sports Coach, Scout Leader etc.)
* The ability to engage students and manage behaviour in a classroom setting.
* Good communication skills
* Empathy and care when dealing with students.
* A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change.
