Based near Halifax, in Barkisland, we are looking to expand our team placing Permanent Social Workers UK wide.

- Sourcing candidates
- Ensuring we have a leading social media presence
- Submitting candidates to roles nationwide
- Ensuring our candidates are safeguarded for each role.
You will learn all aspects of recruitment giving you the opportunity to learn the best ways to become a top performer.
The ideal person will be:-
- A recent Graduate with some work experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment.
- Someone who is confident on the phone. Most of this role involves being on the phone and we want you to use these transferable skills with us.
- Knows the right way to engage people in conversation – this role is all about developing relationships.
- Great on social media – you will be involved in advertising for roles and raising our profile on our platforms
- Be used to video calling – we use this to speak to our candidates
- IT competent – we have lots of systems that we currently work on
- Target driven – recruitment is all about hitting those targets and KPIs – you will be used to working to deadlines each week and achieving
