A Chartered Surveying consultancy with a strong presence across the South is seeking a personable Graduate Quantity Surveyor as they expand their Bournemouth office.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor shall assist a Managing Quantity Surveyor (and the wider team) on a mix of projects including small residential refurbishments to large multi-million pound commercial ventures.

Day to day, the new Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be involved in all stages of the construction life cycle, from inception to completion, including:

  • Feasibility studies
  • Cost planning
  • Contract administration
  • Report writing
  • Bank monitoring

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

  • Open to Graduate and Assistant Quantity Surveyors
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Any previous Quantity Surveying experience would be beneficial
  • Eager to learn and achieve MRICS
  • Driving licence and car
  • Excellent communication skills
