GSL Education are actively recruiting Psychology Graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant to join exceptional Secondary Schools in Scarborough, North Yorkshire starting as soon as possible.

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant responsibilities:

• Supporting SEMH students with a range of additional needs, including mental health, behavioural difficulties, and autism.
• Liaising with class teachers, the senior leadership team, and outside agencies, in order to comply with EHCPs or personalised learning plans.
• Helping to boost self-confidence and self-esteem of students.
• To build relationships with key children and young people on a 1:1 basis.
• Managing behaviour in-line with the school's policies and ethos.
