We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic graduate teaching assistants for a friendly primary school in Croydon.

We require dedicated teaching assistants to work alongside teachers, and children, to support teaching and learning. The school are committed to providing an inclusive environment where pupils can thrive both academically and socially. Their team of educators and support staff work together to provide high quality education to all pupils and push them to achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Offer one-to-one and group support to students across various subjects.
• Collaborate in the planning and delivery of educational activities and lessons.
• Assist teachers in preparing materials and resources throughout the day.
• Prioritise the safety and well-being of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Promote active student engagement and participation during activities.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• A DBS - we can help you apply for one at tempest.
• Adaptability to work as part of a team.
• A passion for education and desire to create a positive environment for students.
• Previous experience working with children but not necessary.
