Fresh Graduate Building Surveyor

We are pleased to be supporting the growth of a dynamic, entrepreneurial but very ‘family-feel’ firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, by assisting them in the search for a junior addition. The firm enjoys an incredibly impressive client base, which typically sits within the commercial and industrial space, and has been developed through repeat business over the years.

About the position

A traditional Building Surveying opportunity, you will gain exposure to all core service lines. Supporting some of the most established, and highly thought of surveyors in the industry, you’ll be client-facing from day one.

Services you will be expected to undertake are:

• Schedules of dilapidations
• Technical due diligence
• Contract administration
• Project management
• Reinstatement cost assessments

About you

You will be degree educated, with either a BSc or MSc in Building Surveying (2.1 minimum grade).

The ideal candidate will be a ‘fresh’ graduate, or up to 12 months’ industry experience.
