Are you a recent Psychology graduate eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with special educational needs?

Role Overview:

In this role, you will work closely with experienced teachers to create inclusive learning environments tailored to the diverse needs of students within an inclusive Primary School in the Westminster area. Responsibilities include providing individualised support to children with SEN, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, and collaborating with the School SENCO and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with children, particularly those with special educational needs.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Previous experience in educational or SEN settings is advantageous.
