Position: Psychology Graduate - Learning Support Assistant

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Full-time, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Start Date: Immediate Type: Temporary to Permanent (for suitable candidates)

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll provide crucial support to children and young adults with various needs, such as Autism, ADHD, Mild/Severe Learning Difficulties, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health conditions. Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (or related field).
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
• DBS check required, or willingness to apply for one.
• Important qualities: Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Genuine passion for nurturing children's development and well-being.
• Flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students.
