GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY

I'm thrilled to be seeking candidates for a graduate opportunity with an exceptional client in Stowmarket! This role presents an incredible chance to join a rapidly expanding software company collaborating with prominent organizations such as Sony, the FBI, and more!

The successful candidate will hold a pivotal role in the company's growth, gaining exposure through rotations across every department. From business development to consultancy and sales, you'll work closely with our amiable team and have direct interaction with management.

We expect graduates to push their boundaries, embracing new challenges across rotations. In return, you'll receive robust career support, including comprehensive training, regular one-on-one sessions with a dedicated mentor, and performance-based salary increments. While you might begin in a specific area, the internal mobility opportunities are vast, enabling you to shape your career trajectory under a permanent contract.

About You...

  • Bring a proactive "can-do" attitude and a zest for learning and experimentation.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to simplify complex concepts for effective communication.
  • Express interest in Project Management, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Software Consultancy, and Data Analytics.
  • Display enthusiasm for driving innovation, generating fresh problem-solving ideas, and embracing new approaches!

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a UK-based Undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate A/B grades at A-Level and a minimum of GCSE Mathematics Grade A/7 (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in IT skills, including a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
