In this role, the successful Graduate IT Support Engineer will be providing 1st/2nd line IT support for the extensive portfolio of visitor attractions and support office. This role will involve both remote and on-site support.

This role would suit a graduate with a relevant degree, or someone with demonstratable knowledge with key IT Support and Networking skills.

The Role:

• Providing 1st/2nd line Support, both on-site and remote
• Maintenance of various ICT services through installation, upgrades and troubleshooting
• Full Training
• 4 day week including weekends on a rota basis

The Person:

• Some level of networking ability. Ideally VLANs, routing basics, firewalls, DNS, DHCP.
• Driving License
